Good Morning from Barth Blvd-
When we moved into site 1408 we dropped our trailer-16ft I believe-at the storage area. There is a grass area next to 1424 but its on a bit of an angle and next to recycle bin area so the parking of it was going to be an issue. So we are going to leave Corey' toybox in the storage area and decided to stay put in 1408. Corey is in DC now until Friday so he won't be missing his toys much anyways!

Janice at CH had mentioned that her her intentions were to keep Barth Blvd. free of
SOB's from Wed-Sun.....If that's the case, there should be a couple empty sites among us that could accommodate trailers.....

Today's College Park temp - 71
Wednesday - 70
Thursday - 72
Friday - 76

Exactly as I planned it...... Cool

Great Jim & Tere!!! I was hoping you would be able to make it.

Nick...ain't it great that fuel prices are where they are now compared to last year? You wouldn't leave 'er sitting long last year!

And for those who are still thinking about attending hmm....Fuel prices are HALF of what they were last year! I know that gas and diesel is around 2.20 a gallon here right now. Lee can update us on the D.C. prices.

A lot cheaper than what is was when we started putting this GTG together Thumbs Up
And I believe Ed is going to collect $100 from me for traveling the furtherest to this GTG. Let's see Roll Eyes, at 2.49 a gallon Cool, that's gonna get him about 40 gallons of fuel Thumbs Up which by his mpg calculations I have been reading is going to get him about 420 miles Click! Heck, that will get him from D.C. to Charlotte, N.C.!!! Big Grin

We are here!

4785 miles later--would have been 2852 if we were to have driven directly with no deviations along the way--but what fun would that have been?

Beautiful weather so far and hope it continues!

Will probably take the night tour this evening as it may rain tomorrow.

Looking forward to others arrival!

I got about 30 out of memphis headed for nashville when my radiator decided to split open, They have towed me back to my house and there are three of us trying to plan our remedy for this problem. More as we find out what's wrong.
