I'll play but considering my luck I won't bother writing down my site number.. just keep the money for the winner.

"If it weren't for bad luck, I wouldn't have no luck at all.." Speaking of which,

My neighbor wants me to go fishing again in Canada the first week in June... (remember "My Lucky Day?" part 1 and part 2 last summer?) This is gonna be asking for trouble...

A COUPLE OF GREAT GUEST

In case all you P Thirty-something owners out there need another reason to attend the GTG, how about this!!

Jake Jacobson and Walt Bartkowiak, both retired engineers for GM will be at the GTG Friday and Saturday. Both of these gentlemen were on the design team that designed the P32 motorhome chassis.

Mr. Jacobson has volunteered to do a 2-3 hour seminar Friday afternoon on the design and variations of the 3 models of motorhome chassis that GM provided to Barth.

In addition to his experience as an engineer for GM, Mr. Bartkowiak was Vice-President of BARTH during the 70's.

I think this is an opportunity for some knowledge that many of us have only dreamed.

Both gentleman have said they would stay over for the Saturday luncheon with the employees.

IT JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER.

Nick

P.S. I think the engineers know quality when they see it. Mr. Jacobson owns TWO Barths.

We're in on the $20 contribution towards lunch on Saturday.
And as I am a gambling man and we are driving over 1300 miles round trip for this outing, we are DEFINITELY in on the fuel pool!!!

Debbie and I are in for both the $20 lunch contribution and the $10 fuel raffle. We're figuring probably $800.00 or more for fuel, so we would be happy to take a $370.00 contribution.

We are in for the $20 on lunch. Don't see why we wouldn't be in for the $10 gas money raffle. We would actually come out ahead if we won.

Panhandling? I can show you a good corner in Indy. It has hosted the same bums for 5+ years now.

Can't wait. Just need to finish up the Barth. This may end up being our first outing in the RV. We may need some help for us rookies.

I'll kick in $10 for the "fuel pool" too, but wouldn't take it as STARV II gets 12.5 mpg. java

Is that corner near the Speedway? We are making ready for our annual 500 trip. Plenty of "retail specialists" during the race weeks.
