Winter capability - 1991 Regency?

I know these coaches were built very differently from how they are made now. The holding tanks and such seem to be within the envelope of the insulation and such.

We live in Indiana and wold like to use the coach for some trips even during the winter. Is this possible? Even if some modifications are needed.
