I use:

Power Service (PS brand)Diesel Fuel Supplement

It's a winterizer and antigel and can be bought at Wal*Mart and off-the-shelf at most fuel stations.

I use this product off and on year-round.

STA-BIL also makes an additive for Diesel Fuel ...comes in a green label bottle as opposed to the red label bottle for gasoline.

I use a combination of these two products when the BUS goes into hibernation the first week of November.

10 winters with the Barth and no problems starting or running in the spring.

Usually wake-it-up around mid-March. Just plug-in the engine heater for a few hours and it pops-right-off!

Not much *snowta* in MN this season. 68 degrees here today and that white crap is all gone!

Fired the Barth up on 29 FEB and drove about 20 miles without issue ...gotta love diesel fuel at $1.94 a gallon ...cheapest since I aquired the Barth in JULY 2005!
