I’m not sure who can help with this, but we have large amounts of people attempting to register on here and not getting access. I having also struggled and asking for a way for the people unable to register to reach out for help. Can anyone provide a process for all the possible new members to follow to gain access?

For me the issue was Gmail. This web user will not send links to Gmail. I had to use my Hotmail to set up an account.

Thanks for the info. Hopefully, something specific can be done.

Agree. If we can get some instructions or basic guidelines to what’s causing the issue maybe we can get more people onto the forum. I also read some old members were also struggling to get logged back in.

I was one of the people on facebook that was not able to complete my login as the confirmation email never showed up (not in spam or junk either). I have tried for the last couple of months.
I signed up with a proton email and it worked easily and as expected. Thanks for the help.
