I need help trying to find the plastic cover over the sky Light above the shower in our 89 Barth Regency. It is 34 inches by 18 inches.

I had to order one slightly larger and use 2x2 spacers .

I ordered our new skylights from Home Depot . I don't remember the brand or size . I can measure the it . It was easy to shim it out . I believe it was 2 inches longer and 2 inches wider than the original .

That’s funny Harold i was just putting that link in a post response.

I replaced the shower skylight and extended further up. I used PVC plank because I found some rot. I also clad the PVC entirely with aluminum flashing. I appreciated the extra height in the shower. I also went with the triple pane option. It was more energy efficient.

I eliminated the big hallway one completely. Just seemed to be a heat generator in the summer. Cold radiator in the cooler weather. Just my thoughts Zak.

We plan to eliminate the one in the hallway as well for the same reasons . If I want to stare at the stars I will go outside or stand in the shower .

The only reason I left the one in the shower is for the height extra.

Tall people don’t tend to look up. Since I broke my back I am slowly working on the ability to look up up up up again.

I actually made a styrofoam cover and covered it with self adhesive wall paper. Held in place with bungee’s. It would stay in but not on the road. The bottom piece is bigger than the snug fit upper piece. Sandwiched together. Easy in and out. Much improvement.
