Hi every one can you answer a couple of questions for me is there any difference in 93 v.s 94 that i should know about some people tell me that 1993 & prior years are way better thank you "eu the frog"

I would not descriminate between a 1993-94. Serious financial problems did not really start till 1996. Both 1993-94 should have the new Cummins engines which would be upgradeable. The 6 speed Allison should be available in both years, I believe. No I think 1993-94 should be very good years.
