As I am in a different Country
and had a complaint about a RV repair center
about a certain subject
would this be the best?

It depends on the state, but the consumer protection agency or the department of motor vehicles. Different states regulate repair shops differently.

If you cannot use our courts, then the public venue may be your best redress. While you may receive no damages you might get some resolution. Ted in Roseville

would I be better served in I went through a USA organization
rather than my local consumer agency??
