Sad day, our 1972 GM BARTH 25' is for sale.
$8000 (east Austin)
He was in our wedding and has been around as our guest room.
After a kid and a few years we decided that we are just not using it anymore.

In truth we only used it one time.

I drove it from Arizona without a catch.

The Good
I decided to have the entire 350 four bolt main engine rebuilt with a RV cam. Put on a new carb and the transmission was rebuilt with an RV torque converter.
I put in a new toilet (not tested)
It has a new inverter.
It has a new radio
flat screen tv, microwave, fridge.
The interior was built custom with a Murphy style bed.
The brakes were gone through.
It has a new hot water heater (not tested)
I had it polished out (needs another cleaning)
It has an onboard ONAN and the carb needs rebuilding but I have the parts and have run it and it runs great.

The Bad
It has an electrical gremlin that requires a battery charger when not driving.
It has no onboard air conditioner (just temp when parked or running a generator)
The interior was started but needs the finishing touches.
It has a little roof leak in the bathroom.

see pics....
