Oh yes, a beautiful coach and for a lot of people it's the right size... My only rub is a lack of a full size awning.

When I bought and sold used airplanes every once in awhile I would come across one that was in pristine condition for its year. Such aircraft continued to draw oohs and aahs as long as the new owner maintained it in the same fashion as the seller (and, by the way, didn't put a lot of additional time on it).

The problem becomes evident in that you are selling to a very small market; one made up not only of people who can afford the higher price and are willing to pay it but are also willing to "keep it going." The down side is that if the new owner lets it go and does not maintain it properly, he or she is way underwater in their coach when it comes time to let it go.

Good point Lou. I will happily pay a premium for a well kept unit, but 2X and 3X is way too excessive. I'm sure these folks just simply don't understand what has happened in this market. It's easier to accept if you're trading up as you get the benefit on the other end. If you're getting out, it's just a shear loss.

In Florida we see it all the time, people are trying to sell houses they paid $500K for at the bargain price of $479. The only problem being, it's worth $250. You often see adds that say "Steal it, price dropped $100K. That means nothing! You can start anywhere this side of the moon and it doesn't change comparable value.
