Bill NY, Rusty, Nick,

I recommend both (all) sale ads be pulled until this is sorted out be the seller(s).

While there can always be issues in a sale/purchase, this one is obviously problematic and I'd hate for BM to be the vehicle for bringing in a hapless buyer.

Diane and Wayne seem to have originally posted about this coach 2 years ago.

Scroll down, and there are pix of the coach, but not in its current location. These could have been furnished by the prior owner.

I think D & W would want to clarify the ownership situation, including any encumberances on the title.

You would think that, but when I spoke with him earlier today he either wasn't aware or not talking about it. As both parties have posted here, I'll be careful about "he said, she said" gossip.

I tried to encourage Wayne to post an explanation here. Let's see if we here from either party.

Or, we can talk about it to the point that someone clarifies it. You never know, it might be a good deal for someone else if they want to get themselves involved in this mess.

BUT, seller A wants $18,500. and seller B wants $3,995. to sign off on the lien, so $22,495. for a coach in need of cosmetic and mechanical repair.
Does not sound like anyone will come out of this mess happy. I don't know Oregon laws, but the lienholder could have a valid, clear title to the coach.

Then again maybe seller A plans to settle with seller B from the proceeds from the sale at $18,500 .....I dunno!
