Barth made other mobile units besides the motorhome. This medical transport was in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Barth made numerous specialty vehicles over the years. Some of the bare bones utility versions were shipped overseas for official use. Some were medical clinics, some police/command centers, EMS, library and more. My personal favorites were the trolleys produced in 96, 97. (This was copied from this site's Gallery 10. Several others there. In the background, the lift bridge between Houghton and Hancock, MI.)

Probably because of its small size and single plant, Barth was willing to do one-offs. Prevost was the same, they used to do one-off custom buses back in the 1950s and 1960s.
