very good condition . stored inside all most all its life .
We have had this apx 6 years and it has served us well . Last winter we stayed in it for two months in Florida , then put it into AC INDOOR storage in Florida , where it is now (Leesburg central Florida ) We have decided we will use our RV in Florida from now on and this is too small for a extended stay . We are looking for something apx 32-40 foot .

Thus our 1990 BARTH 24 REGAL is for sale . It's in Florida but we sort of plan to bring it back to Michigan or we could do something else . Sorry I will not drop everything to show it to you but will arrange something ,CALL ME .
We did not skimp on it so anything it needed it got and kept it inside . . So it is great condition , we are near Detroit . Before us it was always kept inside by a couple of others in a town apx 75 north of us so it may have had 3-4 owners . we have all records .
