Very good condition . Stored inside all most all its life .
We have had this apx 6 years and it has served us well . Last winter we stayed in it for two months in Florida , ( NEVER BEEN " LIVED IN" BEFORE . Then put it into AC INDOOR storage in Florida , where it is now (Leesburg central Florida ) We have decided we will use our RV in Florida from now on and this is too small for a extended stay . We are looking for something apx 32-40 foot .

Thus our 1990 BARTH 24 REGAL is for sale . It's in Florida but we sort of plan to bring it back to Michigan or we could do something else . Sorry I will not drop everything to show it to you but will arrange something ,CALL ME .
We did not skimp on it so anything it needed it got and kept it inside . . So it is great condition , we are near Detroit . Before us it was always kept inside by a couple of others in a town apx 75 north of us so it may have had 3-4 owners . we have all records .

this is a very delux motorhome . when these were sold in ORIGINALLY IN 1991 it cost apx $160,000 for real in 1991 dollars which would be apx $300,000 today dollars .. it was and still is top of the line . it was built on a custom designed OSHKOSH Motorhome chassis ,, not a converted truck chassis . It rides well and smoothly car like ( but it is big) .It is not a shake , rattle and roll of new RV today . see the vin number on the attached photos and look it up .
