Redmond Enterprises of Texas charges $28.00 for this boot. I am tempted to order the 4 from the solinoid manufacturer at $9.00 ea.
Does anyone need a spare or replacement? I would like to keep 2, one as a spare.

I took Tim's suggestion and made a rubber boot from a bike tube. This solved the boot problem, but not the shutdown problem. My neighbor, a diesel mechanic, correctly solved the problem. where the linkage connected to the governor or pump the connection was loose. We tightened the connection. and volla, problem solved. I was just ready to order a new solinoid at over $300.00.
