My two bits. First if you have drums on the back, the front will hardly do anything. Keep in mind you have no power for your power brakes and discs take a big push to activate. Also most disc brakes do not retract and depend on the disc to move them out.

I know on our Suzuki when I activate the brakes most of the braking on the car is done by the rear brakes after all the vacuum is used up. In fact I usually pump the pedal a few time to bleed the vacuum.

So what kind of power is used on your brakes?

The saga continues. I took the car to another dealer who helped me test the brakes. After you bleed them, you can step on the brake pedal WITHOUT the brake lights going on! When I faxed Honda Corporate about this, 'Ken' called me to say that Honda "only supports towing the CRV model."

Funny, on page 311 of my Honda Fit manual, I read specific directions on how to tow a fit.

Obviously, Ken did not read the manual....
