I think your referring to the block heater that you plug into household current. Look under the engine around the starter area for something that looks like an electrical cord. Most people lay the plug male part of the plug around the radiator area.

There are freeze-out plugs that go into the side of the block and that's usually where they put block heaters. Some block heaters go into the heater core hoses, some attach to the oil pan with a magnet (surface heater) and some go into the oil dipstick to warm the oil for ease of cranking.

If after looking you don't find one you can install one yourself in about 1/2 hour if you do the heater core lines. The one for the block is rather easy too if you can get the plug out without to much problem.

Your biggest problem with a coach is the lack of use. More likely then not you have summer/ fall fuel in the tanks. Run the engine and add fuel conditioners to the tank for gelling. If you don't do this you will fall flat on your face pulling out into traffic if the temps are 20 or colder. You should keep the fuel at least 3/4 tank or better in the winter.
