OK I am almost to embarrassed to ask... but before I break something I thought I would come to the good folks here. I am trying to change one of the fluorescent lamps in one of the metal fixtures under the side overhead cabinets. Nothing seems to move. The metal frame sides don't want to slide or pull down or out. No screws. Confused Appreciate the help

Squeeze the side of the diffuser. Actually, I've found it easier to push in one side with my fingertips. The diffuser will then disengage from that side.

Thanks Rusty, Started to do that but was a bit concerned that it might break... so I thought I would ask first. Thanks again.
