I just bought a clean 1993 25' Barth Regal The Wife and I just took her on a 1100 mile shake down trip and the only issue I seem to have as a must to repair/upgrade is the radiator. I put a new water pump on her and the clutch fan is working properly. The coolant is properly mixed and the radiator core looks clean. Looking at the previous customers extremely detailed notes this has been an issue since new. In small grade hills she will start to rise to 230/240 but will come right down to thermostat temp when off the hill. Forget about GA and Tenn mountains that will pucker you up. The previous owner has don many thing trying to keep the transmission cool which follows the engine in temp. The factory radiator is a GM #52462535 and is listed as a 1 row but looks like there is enough room for a second row. Has anyone had this issue also, if so what did you do and did you resolve it?
