Keep in mind the huge variation in Barth coaches.. we'll need more info:

Is it an inverter (12VDC to 110 AC) or converter (110 AC to 12VDC)?
What is the make of the inverter? amp rating? Is it dead/needs repair or did you plan to modify it?

Unfortunately many of the old unit's manufacturers have gone out of business. Also the 25 year old transistors, etc are getting hard to find (almost like old vacuum tube stuff!) You may find it is easier (albeit not cheap) to get new ones.

I have an 86 Regal but it has no inverter or related paperwork. The original converter is long gone. The converter is now a Progressive Dynamics and I am very happy with it.

Good luck!
