Electrical Diagnosis 101
As mentioned in another thread, I had to replace the line/genset transfer switch.

Many times, the clues are subtle; being a marine engineer, I'm attuned to obscure symptoms. See if you can detect what allowed me to diagnose this switch as defective... hmm

Duh but at least now I know what the transfer swich looks like. My 101 is just figuring out some of the components of the Barth. Got to crawl under mine today to reset breakers for genset and see what numbers are on the engine and what filters are used. My book has the info for a Yanmar and it has a Kubota 3 cyl engine.

Looks like maybe the drain hole was drilled on the wrong side Smiler
