Where is ignition relay

I have no power to Barth fuse panel that is left of gm fuse panel
where is the ignition relay which also goes through the 30 amp breaker behind batt box
help would be gratly appreciated

There is also a Ford starter relay mounted above the engine (near the upper radiator hose) in the doghouse.

On my 86 Regal the feed for that panel comes in on a white wire that comes from a relay mounted about 6" above the fuse panel and mounted on the fire wall. if memory serves me the activation for that relay comes from the gm fuse block on an orange wire. Can't remember where the hot feed for that relay comes from but its on a white wire too.
