Sorry I no longer have that vehicle. But a friend still has it I'll see if he can send me a couple of snapshots. I bought the parts at JCWhitney. Here are the part #s It's very easy and inexpensive. If you go to the web site and enter part #s I think you will get the idea.
6" drop ball mount EM274181
bike carrier mount EM125267
Add a short piece of square stock, a few bolts and away you go. Hope this helps, Lloyd
