replacement airbags (suspension) Barth Cont. 1969
Hi...I'm brand new to the group. Recently bought a 69 Barth Continental. I'm ready to move it home, new wheels, bearings packed, new tires, electrical working but.....I have leaking airbags for suspension. It appears there are two on each side.

Can anyone tell me where to get replacement bags that I can install?
Thanks much! annie

I'm not that familiar with your Barth model. I'm not sure if those bags were OEM or added by an owner along the line.

Perhaps a picture might help us identify them and suggest a suitable replacement. If you have trouble posting a photo, you are welcome to email it to me: svanwesten2@yahoo.com

good luck with your Barth project Thumbs Up

Welcome to Barthmobile! The Continentals are usually trailers. The frame was usually supported by leaf springs; as SteveVW mentioned, it's likely the airbags were an aftermarket add-on. If so, the trailer can be moved on just the leaf springs.

Perhaps the guys at PPL in Texas can help you with Air-Lifts. Mine were about 60 bucks.
