gas today at the new local wal-mart was $1.91 with wall-mart credit card or shopping card $1.96 without. also HEB grocery store was $1.91 to anyone "HEB only in texas" other states have safeway or kroger stores.

We're still at 2.19 in Charlotte, with a few stations at 2.16. Funny thing, last time oil per barrel was this low, regular was down around 1.70 in Charlotte. Go figure.
