What is a Barth???
Kevin has posted:

Yep it is a BaRTH, but not a motorhome.

Doug presumed that this site:

...was about the BaRTH MYSTIQUE and those who held/hold
an air or attitude of mystery and reverence around the BaRTH
in all its different manifestations
from Trailers, to Trolleys, To MCC, to Vans, to class C, to varied length Class A, front and rear engines,
to body styles, to those who own and/or enjoy them, and as well,
the various knowledge of how they were made and how, now, they each are updated....
and in helping each other achieve the best without any malice or hostility...

So tell US how You think....

Kevin---

I respect the view that you put forward
even though I do not agree with it, at times,
AND I only desire that you give me the same entitlement
as to my own observations...Smiler

Our first motorhome was a 1971 28' Barth with a 350CI Chevy engine, and it had a super noisy gas generator. My dad bought it in 1972, so it was only one year old, and my dad thought is was the greatest (affordable) motorhome ever built.

Since then I always dreamed of buying my own Barth one day, and back in August 2014, I finally bought one! It is a 34' Barth Sovereign with a 250hp Diesel engine.

I thought I died and went to heaven...I only wish my dad was still around to enjoy it, but my grand kids and I will have to make due!

So, a Barth is a Barth, and can never be duplicated!
