Steve

We were already to go waiting on some results from tests that have been somehow delayed. Yesterday was the end of the window that would allow us to get there from Home. Tug 1 is sitting in a park 8 hrs. north of here where I work out of and over a thousand south of you guys.

Have a great time and hopefully see you and others at another GTG.

You are a long way off, no point in doing a mad dash. We will miss you both here. Liz and I were looking forward to seeing you again. Never know, when I get my hot rod motor (and radiator) done I may try Hillsborough again. Had a great time there.

Take care, be well.

I am anxiously awaiting photos.
Wish I was there but the Virgin Islands called me away. Haven't spotted a single Barth here

Nice to read all about the GTG here on the site. Wish we could be there, but with our work schedules, no time to spare at this time of the year. Elise and I will be with you in spirit and hopefully for a future rally. I hope Rusty gets his belt problem figured out and Steve gets his new radiator. Also, if someone could say 'Hello' for me to BillNY when he gets there, I'm indebted. Keep on and have WAY too much fun!

I got here today at 7:30 PM after an uneventful trip from KY (except for about 7 miles behind a Brakeaholic). The root problem was the tensioner - the old one had been overly worn, probably due to the defective crankshaft pulley. New tensioner installed, and no issues!

My, I have sympathy Frowner for all the people that are missing this piece of Barth History.

We had a wonderful "wine and cheese" meet and greet last night with "after dinner" serenading by Kenny, Homer and Darryl. Lots of "stories" and lots of checking out each coach and comparing how each one is individual.

Looking forward to the "Roasting Of The Pig" this afternoon! Big Grin

I am so sorry I am not there. I've been looking forward to this for a year. head bang

Thanks to all of you there for carrying the ball for me. I guess the stars were not aligned for me this time.

I pulled the coach out to pack on Wed, radiator leaking. I hoped to find a new rad, get it shipped overnight and install. I was not able to find an identical radiator on the shelf anywhere. No time to get the old one fixed, so no Barth.

We had the car packed and ready to leave Fri AM. Thurs night was rough, have stomach flu. Fever, hot and cold, can't eat. I slept on the couch all day Friday. I haven't had the flu since I quit teaching four years ago, fine time for it now.

Hoped to get out this morning but I'm still running a fever, haven't eaten since Thursday evening. Still tied to couch and bathroom.

It sounds like things are going well in Milford, I spoke to several people there.

For all of my old Barth friends, I will see you again soon. For those I missed, I look forward to meeting you next time. Meantime, enjoy the nice weekend weather and each others' company. cheers

We missed the folks who couldn't make it but understand that life happens. We've had a fantastic time here. It's great to see the folks we know and meet new faces too. It's been a super GTG, looking forward to the next one.

Indeed it has! The weather has been absolutely great. Today's picnic left no one hungry! The consistent downside of these GTGs is when it ends and everyone eases on down the road... Tooling Along
