Ron, one of our members, asked me to post his Regal for sale:

1989 31ft Regal John Deere chassis 66,871 miles

The outside is original paint so it shows its' age. I redid the roof with a silicone coating, installed a new skylight, vents, tv antenna, different ACs etc.

I did a lot of work on the interior, all of the appliances have been updated.

Underneath, the engine has all new belts, alternator, Fitech throttle body fuel injection, and new propane hoses to the tank from the remote fill and supply to the RV.

It drives and stops ok, I have taken it on a few camping trips this summer at some of the Michigan state parks. It has 66,871 miles on it and 309 hours on the generator.

Is it done? No, it seems that there are always more things I want to update or work on. I didn't redo inside the closets or cabinets, the flooring needs to be done, carpet in the cockpit at a minimum. Finish installing the backup camera. I was also going to start going though the suspension and brakes. The cockpit AC doesn't work but the generator runs and the roof ACs work, a 13.5k in the bedroom and 15k in the living room area.

Here are some more pictures of the unit:

The unit is located in Wixom, MI.

I am thinking about listing it for $15,000- $16,000, that won't cover everything I put into it but it's a labor of love.

Thanks Steve, Yes it has a Ford 460 with a Fitech throttle body fuel injection system on and the C6 transmission.
I have a lot of the original manuals also.
