Its a 1988 Barth 30 foot motorhome.

It has 85,595 miles on it, 3000 mls on overhauled engine 3 yrs ago.
Comes with utility bike/ice chest rack. In good condition, great runner.
Onan generator, overhead air, newer digital refrigerator (ac/propane) all in great working condition.
Tires in good condition.
No leaks.
Last smogged for May tag last May (2015), will smog upon serious inquiries so the smog won't expire before selling.
Comes with original owners manual and records. MOTIVATED SELLER.
