If any of you all (I'm definitely from Oklahoma) get REALLY serious about this coach, I'll be more than glad to go look at it on your behalf.....

I forgot to say, I'm only about 50 miles from it. Like I said, if you're really serious, I'll take an afternoon away from the office (any excuse to get away from the phone!!) and go check it out....I know you all would do it for me!!

My cousin leases a house in OKC, will talk with him soon.
Remember there are two sides in a lease except in this case there could be 3.

I am the owner of this barth. This is my second barth, and if it should sell, I can promise I will be searching for another barth by this time next year. Maybe then I can find the 38 foot regency I really wanted this time but couldn't quite afford. Just to let anyone interested in my coach know, before I give this coach away I will take out a loan, keep my coach, and suffer to make the loan payments, I just hate debt, and my toys are always the firsty thing to go when times get tough. I'm starting my coach at $10,500. Anything anyone wants to know I will be happy to inform you, and I am taking detailed photos if anyone would like to see them.

Drew,

$10,500 sounds more than reasonable from the pictures I saw...anxious to see more pics. I told my wife we could have "his & hers" Barths.....that didn't go over to well....

Best of luck on selling and hope things well.

Best part about my old Barth, I sold it to my sister, so not only do I still get to visit her, I still get to work on her!

My Barth is my first manufactured motorhome and according to my wife, our last. She said we will keep it til we're in the deep 6.

We have gotten used to knocks on the door from people interested in seeing the inside. The guy we rent our parking space from said he get 2-3 inquiries a month asking who owns it and if it's for sale. I imagine those of you with larger units get even more attention.
