needs to be towed in it’s current state, realistically it needs a missing part ($100) and a few hours of labor to be up and running, and some time and attention to look nice but it would function just fine as is

chevy 454 engine, has been rebuilt, heads are on but is missing the exhaust manifold, it is currently set up for headers, it’s a $100 or less part and easily sourced

any other parts missing/not assembled are inside of the rv waiting to be put together
