I feel remiss for not also mentioning a visit with Greg and his coach. He's a neighbor, only two rivers over from my house to his. Smiler
Greg, like the Carters is a great visit.
The two coaches of the same model could not be more different. Greg's coach is probably near factory stock while Gary's is modified with all the previously mentioned items.
Greg's is not the full time coach the Carters have. If you are full timing there are things you do differently than if you are doing short duration trips. This comment carries no recommendation or condemnation, it is only meant to point out there is a difference.
Is there a difference in value between the coaches? I think the power and transmission differences are of value as is the reverse osmosis system for drinking water. (I think I would install one for both brushing my teeth and making ice cubes for Scotch, the important things in life.) The value of those and other differences are in the eye of the beholder (of the checkbook).

Making Good Ice Cubes for Good Scotch. Finally a justification that makes perfect sense.

Nick, sorry to disappoint you, good Scotch is not in my cabinet but it makes good sense, in fact good Scotch probably demands it.

Yes, no replacement for good Scotch. I now have 3 bags of whiskey rocks in the freezer at all times along with the bottle of whiskey. That way, it is good and cold and the whiskey rocks do not dilute the whiskey.

Talk about thread drift, sorry!

Does anyone know if Gary's coach is still for sale? The thread goes nowhere.
Thanks - Ric

Ric,
Gary is not selling his. He had a Newell and had them both for sale and the Newell sold so he is keeping the Barth. He is currently replacing his radiator.
