(Previous owner was the University of Texas). It was custom built by Barth for UT as a speech and hearing mobile office. All plans and specifications from the build are kept and available. The original Barth build included factory installed totally self-contained, Holding tanks gray and Black, fresh water, water pump, closet restroom with sink, Electric hot water, plumbing, electrical, sewer, generator, central basement air conditioning, propane gas heater, hydraulic leveling, backup camera as well as an emergency exit sign. When the seller purchased the then 15-year-old Barth in 2009 there were 9Kmiles shown. All the miles from UT were logged and these records are available. The Barth had sat in the UT parking lot for many years and was not in use. After 5 years of use the Generator failed and a new Onan was installed ($12K addon). A front spring broke and the seller had professionally installed front air ride suspension including air compressor tank and cockpit-controlled ride height ($6Kadd in). Additionally, 2 roof air conditioners were installed in 2018 as the basement air was not working as well as it should ($4k add on) Basement air replacement was too costly thus the transition to roof air. In 2019 the heater core was replaced as it was leaking., during that work the AC evaporator core was also replaced ($4k add on) This coach is an exceptionally reliable unit. February 2026 Texas inspection and registration complete. Willing to deliver it personally to perspective buyers in continental US depending on agreeable schedule. Ultimately, the seller has used the coach for 10 years and has better than $50 K in the unit. Offering it for sale $25,000.00. Its time to pass the Barth to someone that can have some fun in it. Come see this coach. There is not another Barth like this one. _________________________ The 82 MCC {by Barth} is not an rv-- it is a Motor Coach!! | ||
