Classic 1977 Barth 21Ft Mtr. Home. known for their all aluminum body. Sits on a Chevy P30 chassis. Has a 350cid remanufactured engine with approximately 6,000 miles on it per previous owner. transmission is a 3spd turbo automatic, Onan generator that works good. I have not owned it long and only used it two times. Health reasons forces the sale.
The things I know about it are: Has 6 brand new tires, new generator muffler, newer engine mufflers, a GM remanufactured 350cid engine that runs good, roof air works great, coffee maker, vent hood and microwave works, propane cook top works great, propane heat works great. refridgerator does not work, needs freshwater holding tank, bathroom walls need recovering, engine a/c works but has a small Freon leak, some other minor tlc needed to make it great. This coach has excellent potential!!

How much do you think a new freshwater tank and fridge for this coach would cost? It looks to be in fairly good shape. Anybody live close to this one?

Welcome to the forums! A new reefer would run between $1,000 and $1,200, plus installation. The water tank, depending on size, should be around $100, plus installation.
