Windshield
We recently had the windshield replaced on our Euro Glassnose. There was leaking and the glass company came back twice to caulk. When it rains heavily, water drips inside on the dash. In order to alleviate this problem I was thinking of making an aluminum gutter or deflector about 1" wide to protrude over the window. Has anyone had this problem, any suggestions.

What are they caulking it with? If silicon its a big mistake, it should be done with a polyurethane
sealant like Tremco 636

Have you looked at a Stick-On Rubber Gutter?

I just got off the phone with Trempro, the maker of Trempro 636 polyurethane sealant. Their tech department said that if you want something that will stick to both aluminum and rubber but will stay pliable, use their Butyl Sealant. It is not paintable. The polyurethane and silicon products stick well to metal or glass but not to rubber. This is what Lee mentioned in another post I believe. They also mentioned that if you can squeeze some behind the rubber gasket, it certainly wouldn't hurt.

You might want to take a look at the clearance lights over the windshield too. I had the same problem and finally re-sealed the lights and solved it.
