Harold,Cat&SamWhat a beautiful coach !
I guess the main thing would be to look for leaks . Propane will smell like a dead mouse . Soapy water on connections and lines works good . They sell a spray for detecting leaks . Your coach has a propane leak detector that will close the electrical valve in the line from the tank to the interior . It may need replacing due to age .
Water system you will just have to fill the tank and visually inspect around the tank , lines and points of use . Also check around the water heater . We don't use our "city" water connection , We prefer to fill our tank and use the water pump . By using the water pump and tank regularly , it keeps it fresh and working . Also , if you get a leak it can only leak as much water that is in the water tank . We turn off our water pump when we are not actively using it and when we leave the coach .

EliminatethisThanks. I just had her filled with LP. The company checked for leaks and found none at the tank. That's a start.
