The performance muffler that has to be installed to be believed,
the Aero Exhaust Turbine Muffler is the most effective upgrade for the money
that you can buy for your diesel.

Anybody have any experience???

Don't get a muffler unless you NEED a muffler.
If and when you do, then do get an "Aero" if you like/want
louder. Any alleged increase in performance is not reason to get one.

JUST SAYIN.....

all of the sites seemed to be about diesel pickups

BUT nothing about using it/them on a diesel motorhome with 5" exhaust...

Had 4 of these, 2ea 4" in series for my turbo rotary in a super seven replica, stuck the 3" on the breakaway with the 190hp 5,9 and have yet to take it on the road, though it does not seem much louder. The last 5" has been for sale on craigs list for 50 but seems to have found a home in my shop. As a side thought the 4" promptly turned bronze color and started leaking melted fiberglass when on the NA rotary so may need some mods with the turbo, perhaps stuff with stainless wool and a baffle or two for noise.

will report back after some road miles about power and mileage, get a pretty consistent 10mpg towing either the Miata or dunebuggy now.
