It's showing you a couple of things
- the blister pack has 2 hinges
- one is facing down, the other is facing up
- it comes with 8 screws

Seems we have another distributor that does not sell to the public. I got contact information for their retail distributor. My order ships tomorrow, when I recieve them and confirm they match I will post information.
