Does anyone have documentation or schematics to share with me on the musical horn. Mine is in a recently aquired 1983 Barth 35 RD coach with more than its share of cut wires. Found the unit under the dash plug pulled , but not gotten any further with this project. Thanks Bill Bailey POrt Townsend, Washington

Welcome, Bill, we're getting quite a contingent in Western Washington. You're the second Barther I know of in P.T. Dennis (on Barthmobile) is also there with a recently acquired 28 footer. We're in Sequim with a recently acquired 33' Regal SE. John & Irene are down in Skamania. There may be others I don't remember from West of the mountains. We're all having deferred maintenance/teething problem with our rigs, and we'll be able to commiserae with one another.

Please include us in your Northwest group. We live in Hayden Lake (Coeur d'Alene), just across the river from Spokane. I'm sure you will all be driving through our beautiful Idaho panhandle one of these days; say "hello". I'm picking up my coach from the paint shop tomorrow --- full repaint, great shop.

Hi good to see you're on the web site. It was good to talk to you the other day. It seems like these motor homes always need work. It's nice to have another Barth in town. Roy's coach in Sequim is really nice. He knows how to work on things and that is what you need to be able to do to afford these toys

See that pretty picture of pppitifuls Barth? Well, ours was like that, but with lots of peeling paint. Now imagine what it looks like 5 gals of paint stripper later! The prep work on the aluminum was so lightly done I can bring out a half way decent mirror shine with #3 steelwool ('musta been a Barth relative doing the prep to keep a job after doing it like that). When you see a Barth that is "naked", you really can appreciate the quality of their construction.
