 I go to a lot of star parties in the Barth, and only red lights are permitted, as Steve noted, due to red being the least-disruptive of night vision. I also have blackout curtains so I can use white light inside the coach. The front overhead light also gets a red filter at star parties. When I go in or out at night, only the red lights are on.
