Lights still flicker... and other stuff

I appreciate everyone's input regarding my headlights flickering when the brights are turned on. I have searched high and low on my 90 Regency and cannot find any breakers of relays for the lights. They are not in the compartment below the driver side. I replaced the lights with the same lights that came off. It is really frustrating.
And now.... my outside 120 volt electrical plug-in outlets don't work anymore, 2 on each side of the coach. This just happened over this past weekend. I was drawing current through one of the outlets and attempted to use the roof mounted AC/Heat unit. It worked for a few minutes and quit. The outside outlets do not have current but the inside outlets still do (with the exception of one outlet in the bathroom). I checked and reset all circuit breakers and fuses but it did not help. I am thinking it may be a CFI issue, but I cannot find a reset button anywhere. Anybody have any idea what is wrong?

if the outside outlets do not have power then it is a GFI breaker that has opened. There are usually two GFI breakers, one that power the bathroom outlet and one outside outlet and the other powers the Kitchen outlet and the other side outside outlet.

On mine they are located in the AC breakers panel that is under the rear of the bed. The GFI breakers are side by side and to reset, you need to push all the way down and then up. If you just push them up they will not reset.

I have reset the breakers several times and still there is no current to the outside outlets. Not sure where to go from here. Thanks

Time for the trusty multi-meter. Go inside your breaker panel and measure the output voltage on your breakers.

Note that to reset breakers, they have to be turned all the way off, then back on.

I would try swapping a new breaker in because sometimes a breaker can tell you it's ok but it isn't.

OK.... this is one of those embarrassing moments. I was messing around with the breakers again and finally gave it a good push and it went further down. When I flipped it back up... there was power! Sorry to waste your time. Now.... if I could just get those headlights to stop flickering when I turn on the brights.......
