Top popped off of brake fluid reservoir
Driving home from Canada, I had an alarm go off irraticly. I pulled over, did an inspection and noticed that the top on the reservoir was ajar because the wire holding in on had one end out of place. I fixed it and everything was good. Could that have caused the alarm?

The brake fluid reservoir does not have a sensor. From the description no indicator lights lit on the alarm panel right?

Did you check the coolant?

Check the trans controller for any fault codes. With the ignition off, hold the (+) and (-) down and then turn on the ignition, the display should show D1 and show (-,-) if no faults. Advance to D2 by pressing "mode" button. Continue to advance thru to D5. If all positions show (-,-) then there are no stored codes. If any position has a number, record that number and send it to me and I can tell you the faults.

I think there is an old post I did that has all the codes listed, you might check that as well.

Do you have an alarm on your jack system? Mine did that a couple of times when I did not fully retract one of the jacks. Alarm would come and go.

No other idea.
