Richard_MuiseLeaky door on electrical panel
Every time it rains, I find the bottom of the electric compartment (below the driver's seat) covered with water. I sprayed some oil on the gasket in hopes it would help. Where can I get some new gasket material? Or is there another solution?

RustyTry soaking the gasket in 303.

Tom and JulieIt's not likely the gasket. Look closely at the piano hinge at the top. In many cases (mine) the rivets are deteriorated or missing and the water runs down the coach to the hinge and then under the hinge to the inside of the door. If you can see water marks along the inside edge it will confirm the hinge. Remove the door and hinge, then put caulk under it and mount with closed end rivets to both the door and the lip. It may require two people. Also check the front edge where the cables come through to see if the water is splashing up and in through the wire harness.
Also I had a problem with condensation.
