I've got a couple questions on some issues with the 1991 Regency 32' my wife and I bought a couple months ago. The passenger side wiper arm is damaged (doesn't stop at the right edge of its travel). The shop we had look at it (among other things) wasn't able to find the part to replace it, so unless someone can help out with a source, we're without working passenger side wiper. Anyone have a source? Where is the fresh water fill? On more modern coaches it's usually outside near or under the city water hookup - not so on this coach? Where is it? I can't identify any obvious hookup for it in the "wet bay" and I don't want to start trying things and put water anywhere it doesn't belong. Most of the gauge illumination is out - it's likely just bulbs. How tricky is replacement? It seems like just a matter of taking out the 10 or so screws on the dash panel and bulbs should be under there, replace them, and all good. Is there anything to be careful of/aware of when doing that? (Overly short wires, etc.) That may be about it for now. It's an amazing coach and they really just do not make coaches like this anymore. Good morning! Wiper parts are available at AM Equipment, their website has all of their diagrams that you can print out for reference. First, remove the arm from its parked position and set it back in its proper position, it may be just indexed wrong. Our Barth has an acces portal on top of the dash, if yours doesn’t then you are on the right track. The bulb sockets simply pull out to access the bulb. Barth uses an Autofill for fresh water, the switch is located on the monitor panel. The solenoid should be located near the water pump along with a manual ball valve to use in the event of an electric valve failure. I hope these help. So the auto fill basically transfers from city water into the fresh tank? So hook up to city and run the auto fill? | ||||

Every coach is unique. You have located the water inlet? If the auto fill works it’s great. The valve is a gas solenoid. Never trusted it. I used the manual valves and monitored it manually. My valve were under the kitchen cabinets. Pulled the bottom drawer and it was underneath. So hook up outside and go inside to work valves. Then outside to monitor the tank. The access on the dash if you have was one of the smartest things Barth ever did. Wish I had on my Monarch. Someone told me about it early on and I told them I didn’t have such a thing. It is a long oval upholstered same as the dash. Right in front of the pilot on the dash. I was wrong until I pryed it up. Likely the bulbs are just loose or vibrated out. I had the same issue. They are little bitty bulbs. Ha - indeed there’s a large oval that simply lifts out giving access to the inside of the dash. Very cool design. Now I just have to figure out which of the wires going into the back of the gauges holds the bulbs. | ||||
