Intec Rear Vision Monitor: How Can I remove It?

All,
My rear vision system is the Intec Model 9200, and the power switch is acting up. At first wiggling the switch in the On Position would get it going, now nothing. I figure I will send it back to Intec, HOWEVER: I can't figure out how to remove it?
Any clues on how to get it out of the upholstered box on the dash?

did you try pushing out of the back
