EliminatethisAuto Parking Brake 101
Had to replace and leaking auto brake control valve. Part of the bleeding of the system was bleeding the parking brake actuator. Of course the bleeder is on top against the floor so no heat and it looked like it was never used. Yes it broke off then the hard 5/8" line was frozen and would not come off even with heat. I had to make up a #10 line and silver braze a #10 fitting on the old feed line. It all works and I now know the power steering system controlled automatic parking brake system fairly well.

The bonus is for sure learning and knowing the system, it also feels good knowing you beat what most won’t even try. It’s also cheaper to pay yourself than a parts changer. Congrats!
