My son owns his trucking company and while I was replacing the lug nut covers, he pointed out to me that the inner bolts can break off and then you are screwed. The inner bolts are for the inner wheel. He showed me something that looks like a big nut and it is made to drive onto the inner stud or whatever you call it and to back it out. It looked to me like what you use to put threads onto a bolt called a die but I think it is treaded reverse. If any interest, I can supply nomenclature. Got mine from the local big rig store he gets parts from.
