We have a Everpure water filter on the small sink. I found its filter was out of it so purchased new refill at Camperworld. To put a new filter in you have to remove a temporary white plastic ring part that allows you to use tap without a refill in it. Can not get it out. Anyone with the directions for this puppy, as I do not want to ruin it. Just cleaned out the fresh water tank and we like filtered water for ice and coffee.. JKB

Mine simply twists about 1/4 turn and then it falls out in my hand.

I have the same unit and had the same problem until I pushed the filter up as well as turning it a 1/4 turn

I had to take the filter loose from the cabinet wall to see up into it and was able to remove plug and install refill. Thanks Grizlgiant and KC_rusty. It great to be able to see if you have enough light. Great water taste. JKB --------- 89 28' Regal
