mattress topper?
Hi folks; Tho I sold my Barth a year ago and am currently in the 'bullpen', I am driving a 20' Pleasure Way w/ the MB diesel and doing well. The cushions form the bed in back, and it is well made. But I did a search in here for toppers and didn't find any. Is anyone using a 'topper'? Recommend a thickness? Do they roll up for easy storage? Thanks for the help, jerry in atlanta

It seems a little odd to be in "tech talk" but, seeing that it's already here...

I have a Sofa (JackKnife) Sleeper and was thinking of getting a topper too. Does anyone have a recommendation or warning?

Yes. But this is a matter of individual preference. FWIW, we bought a 2 inch memory foam topper for the Barth and liked it so much we bought a 4 incher for the house. They both stay in position all the time. I suspect they are a little fragile for picking up and moving them around.

There are several densities of memory foam, and we don't think the lighter ones are not worth bothering with, as they compress down to almost nothing. .

We ordered ours from foam by mail.com

thanks, y'all. Bill H, I thought I had posted this in Gen'l Discussion; maybe it should be there? Can it be moved without troubling our good friend Dave? thanks, jerry in atlanta

I have a 4" one on my bed at home and 2" one on my bed in the Barth. They are a little heavy for moving around, would only recommend if you are going to leave them in place. They are very comfortable but they don't roll up easily.
