Replacing rear pads on 84-35ft Regency-MCC

ok going to start on rear brakes tomorrow and am assuming that it has the stock rear brakes, are theses pads somnething that can be purchased at NAPA ?

I don't think so...When I did mine I got a set for Motor Coach Restoration (along with rebuilt calipers!)
